| The Karts At Bayford Meadows we operate a fleet of over sixty karts ranging from Mini Karts to the thrilling Honda powered twin-engined Prokarts, all conforming to the very latest National Karting Association regulations. The karts can be divided into four groups:  Junior Kart Ideal starter karts suitable for drivers between 9—14 years old without any experience. The race style chassis features adjustable pedals and restricted engines to ensure the young drivers early karting experience is both exhilarating and safe. Inter KartDesigned for the over 14 year olds, the slightly larger karts benefit from all the features of the junior kart but with racing tyres and equipped for use on the full circuit. Single Engine KartThe less powerful of our two adult karts, with a top speed of over 40mph, the unrestricted Single engine kart is ideal for the novice kart whilst still suitable the experienced karter. Hydraulic brakes and alloy wheels are two of the many features that when matched to the race proven chassis provide a thrilling challenge. Twin Engine ProkartStrictly for the over 18’s (!) and once you have driven it you will understand why! The Twin engine fleet feature all the latest race proven developments; the most striking thing though is the performance that will rush you around the Bayford Meadows circuit in well under a minute. |
